We started with a homemade plasma table in a two car garage. Today we run a 12kW fiber laser, a tube laser, and a full fabrication shop. Built by a husband and wife team that knows manufacturing from the inside out.
Accuracy Laser and Fabrication started in 2018 as Force Designs LLC, a side project in a two car garage with a homemade 4x4 CNC plasma table. The early work was signs, fire pits, and whatever came through the door. But the demand was there, and the jobs got bigger fast.
What followed was a series of calculated bets. A move into a commercial shop. A small 2kW fiber laser. Then a 140-ton press brake. Then a 12kW fiber laser that changed everything. Each investment was driven by real customer demand, not speculation.
In 2023, the business was renamed Accuracy Laser and Fabrication to reflect what it had actually become: a precision manufacturing operation, not a sign shop. In 2024, we moved into our current 16,000 sq ft facility on Dixie Highway in Bedford. Nearly four times the size of the previous space.
A husband and wife team with complementary backgrounds in engineering and operations, running every aspect of the business.

After graduating from Purdue, John worked as a mechanical design engineer at General Motors, SAIC, and Even Automation. Spent years designing automation equipment and managing mechanical projects before going full time on the shop.
John handles everything from quoting and CAD work in SolidWorks to running the laser, programming the press brake, and welding production jobs. He's the one optimizing cut parameters, building custom tooling, and making sure parts leave the shop right.

Troi has been the backbone of Accuracy Laser from the beginning. She managed day to day shop operations, quoting, customer communication, and accounting while John was still working his engineering day job. She kept the business running and growing.
From QuickBooks to customer order tracking to keeping the production schedule on track, Troi handles the business operations that make everything else possible. When your quote comes back and your order ships on time, that's Troi making it happen.
Our facility at 2120 Dixie Highway in Bedford, Indiana is built for real manufacturing work. 16,000 square feet with 18-foot ceilings, industrial electrical service, and direct trucking access for shipping and receiving.
This isn't a shared maker space or a converted storage unit. It's a dedicated fabrication shop set up to handle production runs from prototype quantities through ongoing production orders.
The principles that guide how we run this shop and treat the people we work with.
When we quote a price and a timeline, we hit it. No surprises. If something changes, we pick up the phone and tell you before it becomes your problem.
You're not getting handed off to an account manager. The people quoting your job are the same people running the machines. Questions get answered fast because nobody's playing telephone.
We put money into machines, not marketing. A 12kW fiber laser, a tube laser, a 140 ton press brake, and Miller welders. Real production equipment that delivers consistent results.
