Laser, Tube Laser, Press Brake, MIG Weld. One Building.
Every process your frame needs happens here, so nothing ships between vendors mid build.
Fiber Laser
Plates, gussets, feet and brackets cut on our 12kW fiber laser, with holes and slots where your print calls for them.
Tube Laser
Square, rectangular and round tube cut, coped and beveled on our 6kW tube laser, ready to fit up.
Press Brake
Brackets, channels and formed members bent on our 140 ton 4 axis CNC press brake.
MIG Weld & Assemble
MIG welded on carbon steel and stainless, ground, deburred and assembled with hardware to your print.
Built to Print, Built to Fit
A frame that does not fit costs you a day on the assembly floor. We build so it goes together the first time.
Tab and Slot Where It Fits
We build with tab and slot construction where the design allows, so parts self locate for welding and frames come out square without a fixture for every job.
Ready to Install
Grinding, deburring, hardware insertion and full mechanical assembly. Frames arrive ready for your floor, not ready for more work.
One Purchase Order
Cut parts, tube, forming and welding on one order from one shop. One schedule to track and one point of contact when something changes.
Equipment That Builds Your Frames
What Equipment Builders Ask Us
Do you build frames and weldments to our print?
Yes. Send your drawings or 3D models and we build to your print. If something in the design will cause trouble in fit up or welding, we flag it before we quote.
What materials do you weld?
We MIG weld carbon steel and stainless on a Miller XMT 350. We laser cut aluminum, but we do not weld it.
Can one shop cut the sheet parts and the tube for the same assembly?
Yes. Plates, gussets and brackets run on our 12kW fiber laser, tube and structural members run on our 6kW tube laser, and both go straight to forming and welding in the same building.
Do you build prototypes as well as production runs?
Yes. Send one frame to prove the design, then release the run when you are ready. Repeat orders are built to the same print and the same standard.
How do I get a quote?
