Custom Welded
Assemblies
We build complete weldments, not just the parts that go into them. Flat components on the fiber laser, tube members on the tube laser, brackets on the press brake, welded and finished here. One purchase order, one shop, one point of contact.
Every Piece Of Your Assembly, Made In This Building
Most shops build part of a weldment and buy the rest. We cut the flat parts, cut the tube, form the brackets, weld it, and finish it. Nothing leaves the building until it is done.
Cut Components
Feet, gussets, and plates with holes on the 12kW fiber laser. Tube and structural members on the tube laser, coped and beveled ready to weld. The parts that make up your assembly start here.
Formed & Welded
Sheets and plates bent on the 140 ton press brake, then welded into finished assemblies with 350 amp Miller XMT equipment. Carbon steel and stainless.
Finished & Coated
Grinding, deburring, hardware insertion, and in house powder coating on the assemblies we build. Your weldment arrives finished and ready to install, not ready for another vendor.
One Purchase Order Instead Of Five
A weldment that touches five vendors is five schedules, five quality standards, and five chances to lose a week.
Five Processes, One Vendor
Laser cutting, tube cutting, forming, welding, and coating all happen in this building. You issue one purchase order and get one finished assembly back.
No Parts In Transit
Nothing ships between shops mid build. No waiting on a coater's schedule, no freight damage on half finished work, no finger pointing when a bracket does not fit.
Design For Manufacturing
We can review your assembly before production and flag anything that will cause trouble downstream. We build with tab and slot construction where it fits, so parts self locate for welding and assemblies go together right the first time.
One Bracket Or A Production Run
Prototype quantities and repeat production get the same attention. Send one assembly to prove the design, then release the run when you are ready.
Weldment Equipment
From Your Print To A Finished Assembly
A clear process with communication at every step.
Design Review
Send your assembly files. We review geometry, fit up, weld access, and material before quoting.
Cut and Form
Flat parts nested on the fiber laser, tube members cut and coped on the tube laser, brackets formed on the brake.
Weld and Assemble
Fit up, weld, grind, and assemble to your print. In process inspection throughout the build.
Finish and Ship
Powder coated in house when your print calls for it, inspected, then packaged and shipped or ready for pickup in Bedford.
